By creating an account or using CloudFast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

CloudFast is a privacy-friendly website traffic, visitor journey, and revenue attribution analytics SaaS platform. We provide hosted analytics dashboards, JavaScript tracking snippets, and API endpoints for website owners.

2. Account & Subscriptions

• Plans & Pricing: We offer Starter ($5/month, up to 1 website and 25,000 monthly pageviews) and Pro ($9/month, up to 5 websites and 100,000 monthly pageviews).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time from your Billing Portal.
• Cancellation: When canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloudFast to:

• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
• Collect sensitive personal identifiers, passwords, or payment credentials via custom event properties.
• Attempt to circumvent service limits, flood ingestion APIs, or disrupt other users.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to your website's analytics data. CloudFast does not sell, license, or share your traffic data with third-party advertisers.

5. Limitation of Liability

CloudFast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
